Inbound travellers( foreign nationals, OCI, PIO) require travel insurance. For domestic travellers, insurance is not mandatory.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • 10% of advance amount will be detained as processing charges if cancelled within 24hrs
  • 25% if cancellation after 10 days from booking date.
  • 50% if cancellation between 30-15 days prior to the commencement of service.
  • 75% if cancellation between 14-10 days prior to the commencement of service.
  • 9 days onwards prior to the commencement of service: No refund.

Yes. Xplorene offers range of tailormade family trips in every domestic destination

Yes it is. We do solo trips irrespective of gender. The individual must be 18 years and above to do the same.

Yes, special dietary requirements can be fulfilled on prior request depending on the destination, availability and group size.

Yes, provided we receive a medical fit certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner.

Once the advance payment gets credited to our bank account, we will send you an official confirmation of reservation with all other particulars in your registered email id
