Excellent arrangement right from pick up till drop. Good conditioned vehicle with polite driver. All hotels booked were with nice rooms. An add on of candle light dinner at Dirang with cake and decoration was delightful.
Throughout 11 days tour Mr Raj, director was in touch with the guests and taking updates about arrangement. If rating is to be given, then we will give 10 points on all fronts will recommend Xplorene tours for excellent tour at reasonable price.
It was excellent. First of all tour manager very kind cordial and top of it quick response to resolve the issues in the interest of tourist even compromising his cost/ profit and not demanding anything extra from beneficiary tourist. I love mr raj and wish him all the best for him . He has proven the proverb “ work is worship” by showing his full dedication 24×7 during tour period.
The Management and their team are very caring for the customers but they must take additional care for Heritage Tejpur regarding their services else go for its replacement. The ambience as well as behavior and quality of food including breakfast of Lungta Residency, four seasons Dirang and Baligora Nameri are very good. As regards Tenjing guest house the ambience and behavior is very good but options for complementary breakfast should be added as well as the food quality. The prices of food of Baligora is very high but good. The management of Baligora Nameri Camp must try to have a reasonable price for the food.

Accomodations are good except cherapunji where osaffinn is not up to the mark. Tour itinerary was good. Due to bad roads , we could not visit via balurpung and missed some memorable sites. Dawki river Lake was excellent 👍. Kaziranga resort and Jeep ride to eastern and Western side of the park was excellent. Lot of migratory birds were there. Shoot pics and videos of Rhinos at close range. Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya clinic beauty one has to see and specially sunsetting in Cherapunji, Kaziranga and over Kamakhya hills is excellent. Driver of Innova is excellent and can drive in any condition which we saw while descending from Taiwan on a snowfall day. All the best Xplorene Tourism.
